I have a 2007 Lexus RX400h. The hybrid battery finally gave out at 195k. I love my car and nothing else was wrong diagnostically. Stevinson Toyota quoted me 7k to replace the hybrid battery. I shopped around and found Greentec. The battery came quickly from Kansas City. It was a wonderful experience at the Denver location! Ramses was so patient. He is very thorough and also points out things that may need attention down the road. I can't recommend this place enough. The garage is also very clean. It is obvious they take pride in their work.

Ramsey and his team were absolutely great to work with! He explained everything very clearly and was honest, transparent with my installation options with absolutely no pressure one way or the other. The technician who did the installation was fast, clean and courteous. This issue was holding me up from passing emissions for quite some time and the replacement fixed it. I highly recommend Ramsey and his team for any electric vehicle needs.

I was thinking that our 2007 Camry Hybrid would be out for at least a couple of weeks when it coded with a bad hybrid battery at Christmas time. I found Greentec with an online search, but Corporate didn't think that their Denver location had one in stock. Ramses called me on New Years Eve morning that yes, they had one in stock. I showed up at 1:30 and was back on the road with a new battery installed by 2:30. A million thanks to Ramses and Fabian who were quick, safe, knowledgeable, and answered every one of the dozens of questions that I had. One key advice they provided "Drive your hybrids, don't park them". Batteries in parked hybrids might last only five years, those in cars used by Uber and Lyft Drivers can last 20 years or more.

Ramses and the team at Greentec Auto were great. I chose to go with the re-balanced battery versus the all new cells option. We have a 2011 Lexus RX450H with 295,000. The original battery kept giving us Hybrid warnings...we would simply reset the system by continuously disconnecting the auxiliary battery. After it became a multiple times in a day of resetting we decide to get a replacement. We had the replacement done in May 2024. After four months still doing fine.
They went above the basic swap-out of the batteries...they also vacuumed out the mess that was in the battery compartment...as well as letting now of any engine liquids or filters that may need attention.

Greentec Denver was phenomenal and a less than 1 hour install. Remee’s interest and concerns about the overall condition of my 2004 Honda Hybrid Civic was informative. We took a test drive on the highway and Remee gave me a few additional tips about my car. I changed the spark plugs and changed the oil today. With all the lights off and codes clear it’s ready for emissions testing on Monday. Thank you guys! Gabe
