They recorded our appointment date incorrectly so that when we arrived, they told us we were a day early. They maintained that we were in error however, my wife made the appointment with her phone in the 'speaker' mode so my daughter and I both heard the date that was agreed to.

They may do fine work but we could not return the next day. I wish things had turned out differently and hopefully they are better mechanics than schedulers.

Maybe they know how to repair Tesla away from the dealer, but I will never choose this service because the guy is so rude on the phone. It’s like he wants to fight with you from hello.

His quote was more expensive than Tesla dealer anyway.

Had a body damage to the door. Andre got everything arranged and the car was ready in less than two weeks. And was able to work with insurance, too. Back to brand new!
