Queue definitely forming by mid afternoon sometimes as many as five vehicles waiting. Another install, or expansion must be done for the area, as this is not adequate for the amount of users. Charger it self was fine, although not the maximum for temps and SoC.

350 KW NEVER HAPPENS! I have plugged in here a few times now because there are not other 150kw or higher chargers in the springs unless you have your adapter for Tesla supercharger and that’s only ford, rivian, and Kia that I know off. But it makes you pay .56 cents for the 350kw charger even if you start at 0-90% when the 150kw is only .44 cents and charges same speed if not faster. I know all chargers slow down when they get to 60 or 80% but it shouldn’t slow down and not get to 350 kW from 0 to 60%. It’s supposed to charge very very fast in the beginning and then slow down at the end so it doesn’t hurt the battery .

Not all of the chargers are ever working. Just keep that in mind when you come down here first there’s only one Electrify America in Colorado Springs second there’s a lot of people charging on Electrify America anywhere from 5 to 8 because they run very very low power. The ChargePoint are used if you’re staying at a hotel or close to your house or something like that city buildings and stuff.

A single operational charger out of six. Which is supposed to be 350kw but only functions at 49kw. What the hell is wrong with Electrify America and how is it that around 75 percent of their infrastructure is broken and even more of it if operational is working at about 10-20 percent of it's functional level. Is this the result of someone realizing they could steal a whole massive heap of government money telecom style and just barely or not even deliver?

The worst charging station I’ve ever used. The kiosk is incredibly laggy and slow, reminiscent of using a Pentium I CPU. The overall intuitiveness is poor, resulting in a bad user experience. Additionally, it’s both expensive and slow.

I used this Charging Station and I did not know if you don’t download the app they withdraw $50 from your account Everytime you use they’re charging stations. I didn’t know this at first and That should be posted somewhere. I thought these were fraudulent charges and I canceled my card and had another one mailed to me. When I used my digital wallet from my phone I saw the $50 being deducted instantly. That’s when I put 2 and 2 together. Now in order to register for the app guess what I need. The same debit card that I just canceled. I feel it’s disingenuous to not post that on the charging station. “Hey download the app and avoid a $50 holding fee for 24/48 hrs. Now I have to wait a whole week to get a new debit card ‍♂️ why? It’s so frustrating dealing with tech and apps. All these passwords and nonsense. Just make things simple for your customers. Like why can you instantaneously deduct money from my account but drag your feet when it’s time for a refund. Why not be transparent with your customers. I’ll be using Chargepoint from now on because the process is direct clear and simple. Never again ‍♂️

Absolutely unreal how disrespectful people are while charging! I just cannot believe it. If u can't shop and get back to your car in time, then don't shop. We are all busy and don't have time to sit around and wait for others and their lack of respect. Unbelievable.

It's the only electrify america station in Colorado Springs at the moment. They have a decent amount of chargers, but half were unexplicably unavailable, including the one 350kW charger which my Ioniq 5 supports. There was also some fresh snow this morning, so all the charge plugs were covered in snow - had to spend some time cleaning it off before plugging in. The 150kW charger provided around 68kWh speeds from 21% to 59% for 30 minutes, not sure if it was because of the cold. Not a great first impression, but will try again at a later date. In the meantime charging at home is probably better for me.
