This is an excellent Fort Myers hotel in a great downtown location. I stay frequently on business and enjoy the superior in room amenities and wide assortment of dining options both on the property and close by walking.

The hotel is well run, clean and well appointed. The front desk has always been very helpful with scheduling changes and as a business traveller, that is much appreciated and keeps us coming back.

Alright people we need to put things into perspective here. I stayed here for a week before my wedding and they jacked the prices up to $650/ night because some parking convention was being hosted there. $650 and they don’t refresh your towels or clean your room daily. Or restock the bar in your room daily. Nothing is included. It’s just basic. A bed in a room. My wife and I came to sandals Grenada. $800/ day will get you all you can eat food and drink at an incredible resort. How does this place get off charging these prices. Fort Myers is a dump now from the hurricanes. This place should be charging $150/ night max. Not great views. Basic rooms. And the bare minimum of hospitality.

Enjoyed our few nights over Thanksgiving. The hotel has a boutique feel, good location and good restaurants (Ella Mae's great breakfast and room service) on site as well as local area. Had a little attitude at check-in, but otherwise the staff was all friendly and helpful. Corner room king suite with balcony was great. Nice decor that was not Marriott brand and comfortable room. We will return if staying in the area.

Our stay at the Luminary Hotel was absolutely unforgettable! We had just gotten married and, without even mentioning it, the front desk concierge, Elena, somehow knew. She surprised us with a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and even a handwritten congratulations letter in our room, such a thoughtful, personal touch that made us feel truly special. To top it off, she allowed us a late checkout, letting us fully savor every moment of our honeymoon stay.

The room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The highlight, though, has to be the fantastic rooftop bar with its breathtaking views. The atmosphere, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our experience magical from start to finish. This is hands down the best hotel in Fort Myers, and we will absolutely be returning again and again. Thank you, Luminary Hotel, and especially Elena, for making our first memories as a married couple so special!

My comapny stayed at this hotel for the last 7 years and we had over 130 people stay for 3-4 days. Megan Dunphy cordinated everyhting and it always went extremely smooth. From cordinating a buffet dinner, rooms and suggesting things to do at night for the group. The restaurant inside silver queen always has the best service and food. The oxbow and ella mae's were also conveinent and great food. I would recommend planning a group function to reach out to megan as she was wonderful to work with and look forward to having other events there again.

I wish I could have given a better overall rating, however there were several cons that caused this. The cons were: poor internet connectivity, excessive buffering while watching Max TV., low water flow in the bathroom sink, and hearing the bass from the night club on the rooftop deck at 1a.m. in the morning. The staff were really friendly, particularly the valet staff and employees at the lobby coffee shop (Dean St Coffee). The location was awesome and the water views from my room were spectacular!!

We had a fabulous stay! Great view from our king deluxe room. The rooms are stocked with great amenities and mini bar (not mini at all). The service was great. Ella Mae's fir breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time. The hotel is walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. We'll be back!

Beautiful property, excellent staff and love the 12th floor rooftop bar. I want to also share that Nedgy the front desk girl was super sweet, very knowledgeable about the area and when she found out it was our anniversary, she sent up a bottle of wine and sweets. She made our whole stay even more special. Thanks for the top notch service and especially to Nedgy for the extra Love!
