Ginny is without doubt the best in the business. Ginny went above and beyond to ensure our day was nothing short of perfect. We planned our wedding from Australia, having never been to Lake Garda. Thankfully we found Ginny, which made the process seamless. Ginny offered unwavering support and consistent communication through the planning process, and across all three days of our celebration. No ask was too big. In fact, Ginny even stepped in last minute and saved the day to officiate our wedding as our celebrant was in an unfortunate motor bike accident (Andreas, we hope you are well and wish you a speedy recovery). Ginny delivered our ceremony with absolute class. Outstanding is an understatement. As Ginny had spent so much time with us on the lead up to the wedding, she was able to add in humour and talk to our personalities as we had developed such a strong relationship with Ginny over 18 months.

I could list a million things in which Ginny exceeded our expectations. She is an absolute delight to work with. Personable, funny, enthusiastic, diligent, hardworking and dedicated are a few words I would use to describe Ginny. We are devasted we live on the other side of the world as we would both love to spend more time with Ginny. Ginny, we miss you so much and we will definitely reach out when we return to Italy to celebrate an anniversary.

Getting married at Lake Garda seemed like an impossible dream, and it would have been without Ginny. Ginny didn’t just make it possible, but she ensured perfection.

Throughout the planning phase Ginny’s recommendations were fantastic, her communication was great, and how promptly she was able to get things done was incredible. I messaged Ginny at 6am saying we’ve decided to get a band… by 9am I had a list of bands and videos of each!

On the wedding day, everything went so smoothly, whether it was down to Ginny dealing with issues that arose, or Ginny’s experience/relationships with the venues etc I will never know, but it could not have gone any better. Many of the guests also commented on what an amazing job Ginny was doing throughout the day. (Including locating the bride’s bouquet for the photographs and also the part time babysitting our daughter when we visited the venues a few days prior to the wedding)

Despite all of this, I have no intentions of becoming a repeat customer. But would highly recommend Ginny to anybody who wants to get married at Lake Garda, buy has no idea where to start. Place your trust with Ginny and you will have a wedding everybody will remember.

I changed my mind countless times throughout the process, but she was always just a phone call away, offering unwavering support. Sometimes in life you come across people who really excel....when those people need help they go to Ginny (she really is that good)

There was nobody more perfect to manage our big day, who instilled us with absolute trust that it would perfect (and it was), and someone who along the way became a friend.

I’ve been putting off writing this review because I don’t even know where to start. Ginny helped us through every detail from the very beginning to COMPLETELY changing every detail the day of because of a massive thunderstorm 😅

Through the planning process she kept us on track, recommended incredible vendors, negotiated on our behalf, and gently nudged me when I was behind on things. I can’t even imagine planing a wedding without someone with Ginny’s knowledge, experience, and approved vendor list.

The day of was madness 😆 I remember when we did the original venue tour Ginny told us “the only way we can’t do the wedding on the loggia is if there’s sideways rain” … and boy did we have a LOT of sideways rain 🤣 Ginny was so calm and kind in the midst of my full bridal meltdown, and helped us navigate the day around the weather so we could still do everything that was really important to us! Our guests didn’t even know we were on plan Z.

But plan Z was so magical and there’s a 0% chance we could have pulled any of it off without her!

Ginny has all the qualities we could have hoped for in a wedding planner - calm, organised and a no ask is too much attitude.

She truly wants to bring your vision to life, guiding you and providing the much needed hand holding but doesn’t try to influence you on the big decisions. Entertainment was very important for us and it took a while to find the right band, but Ginny was patient and constantly finding new options until we found the perfect one, which she absolutely nailed!!

Her wealth of experience and knowledge were invaluable and the strong relationships she has with vendors in Lake Garda made everything so easy.

The wedding day ran so smoothly - meticulously organised and everything on schedule, while still feeling so relaxed. And the reception party was more fun than we could have imagined!

We can’t thank Ginny enough for the magical day she helped us to create, one that we will never forget.

If you are considering Weddings at Lake Garda as your wedding planner, DO IT! Everyone at our wedding said it was the most amazing wedding they had ever been to and all of the credit goes to Ginny.
Ginny's calm demeanour makes you feel comfortable immediately and her genuine passion for wedding planning only makes you more excited for your big day.
Ginny's wealth of experience also makes a HUGE difference because she considers things you won't think about it and she always proposes options immediately for these as she has a wide network of vendors in the area.
Ginny is super flexible and accommodating. She drove to multiple venues all around Lake Garda for us to FaceTime us so we could see options via FaceTime since we couldn't be there in person.
Finally, she is extremely responsive and its obvious she loves her work. We live in Australia and planned our wedding from abroad during covid, so I expected some bumps in the road during wedding planning however I was not once stressed throughout the entire process. I am typically an easily stressed person, so this was especially appreciated!
Thank you again Ginny - we wish we could do the entire process all over again!
