I purchased tickets for the Kylie minogue show at volatile that is using this company to process the credit card transactions. The morning after two cards that I used got fraudulent charges on them. This was the only place I used the cards for a few days so I suspected that was were they were stolen. Then as I reached out to others who used the site the same night I found at least 6 others whose cards were stolen! I tried to reach out to the company using the email address on my receipt and no reply. BE WARE, this is not a safe vendor.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY I purchased tickets for drais night club here for 600$ total . The day of the event , this company charged my credit card a ADDITIONAL 1,166$ & refuses to give me a refund or even respond to any of my inquiries! Filing a police report & contacting my bank.

They are total ripoff will take your money deny you into the venue then will not give you a refund at all I wouldn’t recommend nobody to purchase from them I recommend whatever venue you attend to purchase from their site

I also attempted to purchase tickets for Kylie show in Voltaire Vegas and my two credit cards were declined, couldn't get tickets, and now I have over $3,000 fraudulent charges I had to freeze my account and canceled the cards. ?

Terrible company! I bought 2 tickets from URVenue & when we arrived at the venue (Dawg House) the manager stated there were not any seats available even though we had reserved them days before. URvenue will not answer calls or emails...I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
I am now reaching out to Dawg House and the hotel to urge them to terminate their relationship with Urvenue...

Bought 2 expensive tickets from UrVenue for a club called Zouk. Zouk would not let anyone in who bought tickets using UrVenue. Customer support refused to give a refund and was simply unhelpful.

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

Scammers and frauds. Bought a ticket for a club night which then completely changed to a different club night and they didn't honour a refund. Terrible services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
