The bellman Ernest was the best! He made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We came here to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday and Marriot did not disappoint. They made my mom feel like the VIP guest! The location was great too. Not too noisy. The breakfast was also delicious. Karla was a great waitress and Jerry the best omelets! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience with @PatrickKing & staff at San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk. You catered to our every need, - thanks for the white wine to clean the red wine !! Loved the Riverwalk recommendations to the steak house & piano bar. Piano man was a character and gifted piano player, even did a Jerry Lee Lewis with his foot/heel. Great balls of fire.||Above all was the hospitality and kindship, truly beyond our expectations. We want to come back to see you! Southern fried is our new go to - thanks for that too!||Main reason a 3 day business conference 1500+ people from across Canada. The accommodations, and access to services (elevators, pools, bistro) much appreciated. Sophisticated. Warm and welcoming. This is my hometown and I was visiting and have never stayed overnight in a hotel in San Antonio.

The views were majestic during Christmas at night. What a treat.

I do not know where to start… this entire stay was magical. From our check in experience with Seoyoung to our delightful server Maddie. We came for the night to celebrate my husbands birthday and they sure made it special. We were given a nice voucher and a room upgrade at check in. The front was extremely pleasant! When we came down for food and drinks, our server Maddie went above and beyond for us. She brought us a signed birthday card and offered us dessert. Her lively spirit and recommendations were beyond anything we had ever experienced. Thank you Marriott staff for a wonderful birthday for my husband. We will always be staying with you!

I had a late flight in and luckily the bar was still serving both food and drinks, where I was greeted by a lovely lady named Catrina. She was a true bolt of sunshine. From the moment I sat down to the moment I left, she was fantastic to deal with and definitely made the meal worth it.||Just a few notes:||A) The food was reasonably priced (for hotel food), but since the hotel charges a designation fee, they provide a $25 food credit back, it helps ease the charge.|B) The bar area can get very congested as it’s open seating, but has a great vibe.|C) Try it out!

Jose in Valet was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were told to wait a few minutes for valet. After waiting 30 minutes, another car entered valet and was given a spot. The other car did not have to wait. We were then told Valet was at max capacity and we would have to park a few streets down. The overall staff was rude, unprofessional, and racist. Do not recommend this hotel!
