L'ho ammirata mentre lavorava in armonia e semplicità.
Ha abbellito man mano la tavola con i colori e i sapori della nostra splendida Italia .
Esperienza consigliatissima!
E lo dice una negata in cucina!
È stato stupefacente!
Se, a questo, ci aggiungi la location: Positano e la sua meravigliosa vista, beh... Strepitoso davvero!

What a fabulous evening we had cooking with Marina in her beautiful home overlooking Positano. Marina is warm and welcoming and loves to laugh. She entertains questions and also explains her thorough knowledge of Southern Italian cooking. Food was amazing. Highly recommend! Grazie Marina.

Our cooking class with Marina was a highlight of our entire stay in Italy. Her beautiful home sits atop the hillsides of Positano making for stunning views in a dream like setting. She's a wealth of knowledge and her passion for local Italian food made the preparation of every dish equally fascinating and delicious. Marina's cooking class is a must-do on the Amalfi Coast.

My husband and I were in Positano for a week and this was hands down the highlight of the trip! This experience was not just about cooking, it was so much more. My husband and I learned about fresh ingredients, cooking techniques, Northern and Southern Italian traditions, wine pairing, and had amazing conversations just about life over food & wine. Not to mention, having this experience at her breathtaking Villa Cocles was a bonus (I have major envy for her kitchen as well!). I felt like I was cooking with a family member and enjoyed every second of it. I could tell that cooking isn't Marina's job, but truly her passion. It really was an experience I will never forget and I can't wait to return to Positano and hang out with Marina again!

P.S. I mentioned to Marina how Arugula tastes different in Positano than in America and she literally just took me out to her garden and cut some of her arugula for me to taste (pic). I can't explain how happy I was to try her fresh arugula.

If you are ever in Positano, don't sleep on this!! I am telling you, you will have a magical experience with Marina.

Highly recommend doing a cooking class with Marina! My family recently (spring 2023) travelled to Positano and our cooking class with Marina was the highlight of our trip. This is a combination class and demonstration by Marina where you will learn and understand the detail behind all the ingredients and techniques she uses in her Italian cooking - and the food was fantastic! Marina brings you right into her stunning home in Positano (with the most incredible views from the patio) and makes you feel right at home. She is warm, knowledgeable, kind, curious, and worldly - we had very interesting and educational conversations the whole evening. I can't say enough positive things about Marina and this experience - truly wonderful and unique - highly recommend.

My wife and I had a blast at Marina's cooking class. She has a beautiful home on the quieter side of Positano. Making the pasta was fun and there was a ton to learn from her. Marina is a wonderful person with a real passion for what she does which makes for an enjoyable time cooking and eating! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back when we make it back to Italy.
