Stanze molto grandi, con cucina completamente attrezzata, incluso forno ed un frigorifero grande. Ottima colazione ed happy hour. Unico neo i rumori in camera dovuti a condizionatore e frigorifero.

Hyatt House in White Plains provides clean, well-appointed suites designed for both comfort and convenience. Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and an array of utensils, dishes, and cups—perfect for extended stays. The rooms are immaculate, although the bathtub drain in my suite was a bit slow.

Modern amenities include a large, high-quality TV and numerous USB ports, making it easy to stay connected and entertained. Despite its location near the highway, the rooms are impressively quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The gym is spacious and features up-to-date equipment, making it easy to maintain your fitness routine.

For added convenience, there’s a fee-based laundry room on the first floor near the gym and computer room. The credit card-operated machines are efficient and function well.

Hyatt House truly offers a “home away from home” experience.

The rooms here are super cute. Nice for a weekend or even a nights stay. But that's not even the best part. Willie at the front desk was beyond amazing. He was very knowledgeable, easygoing, and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay and experience were above excellence. He is the reason I'll be returning for stays in the future.

Room was great and so was the free upgrade to accommodate my toddler. The rooms were very spacious. The best was mostly comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. The food for free breakfast was good. They had many different options. The bar tender made great drinks and was also quite friendly.

We’re Hyatt globalists so we spend a lot of nights in their hotels. I can honestly say this is the only bad hotel we’ve experienced in all our years with Hyatt. Despite having a confirmed king reserved we were given a queen in a room that was 78 degrees when we arrived. After trying to cool the room down and not getting any AC we went to the front desk to ask for help and were told the AC was off for the season. When we asked for a room with a king bed we were told they were completely sold out and refused to honor our reservation. The agent Colin Raymond was extremely rude and when we asked to speak with a manager on duty we were told there was none and that GM David Roman would be in at 11:30 the next morning (must be nice as people are paying top $$$ sweating it out in your un-air conditioned hotel!). We asked him to get a hold of a manager and were told none were on call and that we shouldn’t expect 24 hr management availability. We emailed David Roman and he has been non-responsive. David Roman should spend more time managing his property and providing true Hyatt level experience rather than making excuse after excuse to all the negative reviews his hotel is racking up lately. The hotel is dated, dirty and the customer service is non-existent. Never again.

As a loyal Hyatt customer this facility is off the list. We have stayed here more than a few times and this weekends visit will be the last. The lack of transparency regarding not offering housekeeping is appalling. When asked about this on the 3rd day of our stay the rude desk clerk said that if we were staying a month they’d be happy to arrange. For a month? That’s rich! I should point out that they did provide some towels when requested. |The place is filthy, the breakfast is weak at best and the place is need of a major overhaul. Very disappointing for a Hyatt.

Positive: Nothing except the roof didn't leak!!!! Negative: The room was one step above a closet. the duvet was stained, the toilet spent the night running every half-hour or so, there was no food service on weekend, breakfast staff was overwhelmed by guests at two weddings.

Stood here for a night and honestly wasn’t as bad as the reviews claim.

Walked in , got checked in by Emilio , 10/10 ; his customer service was amazing. He was super friendly and very well spoken with a welcoming smile.
We got the king suite which was okay.
Just your classic room , a bit dated but it was not bad, everything was clean.

The hotel has a pool which unfortunately closes at 6pm, which does suck on a hot summer day.
We checked in at 4 and sadly the pool was small and it was super crowded so we just opted to not even use it.
So just be mindful of that .

If you’re looking for a fancy modern hotel this won’t be it, but I’d totally come back , it was a good escape from the city .
