Hotel a poca distanza dall'aeroporto, tuttavia differente dai soliti airport hotels. Dispone infatti di tutti i servizi, compresa una buona zona fitness con piscina aperta fino alle 23. Non ho provato la colazione a causa della partenza all'alba dall'aeroporto, tuttavia mi sento di raccomandare l'hotel.||Da sottolineare infine come il personale sia molto cordiale e ben disponibile a dare tutti i generi di consigli e raccomandazioni agli ospiti.

Credo che sia un ottima soluzione per chi deve pernottare nelle vicinanze dell’aeroporto di Cincinnati.|Le camere sono silenziose, spaziose, con servizi più che adeguati .|L’hotel dispone di una piccola palestra e una piccola piscina che io non ho usato.|All’interno della hall tra l’altro di grande dimensione, c’è una bar ristorante dove poter prendere una birra o mangiare qualcosa |Consiglio vivamente specialmente per chi deve pernottare vicino all’aeroporto di Cincinnati

Bell'hotel, camere pulite e silenziose, non troppo spaziose ma il giusto.||Colazione non proprio americana, un pò povera.||Piscina interna con piccola palestra.||Ampio parcheggio.||Comunque lo consiglio, meglio di molti altri.

I stay at this hotel rather frequently when I am in town thanks to it's incredible employees. Three that have always impressed me are Karen, Heidi and Deepthi.

Part of me believes that Karen is one of three people, the way she is able to perfectly run the front desk and cover other employees when they are unable to work that day. Every time I see her, I know that I am in good hands.

Like Karen, Heidi is incredibly kind and has always surprised me with how considerate she is. She has even offered to bring items I ordered all the way to my room when they were delivered to reception.

Deepthi might be psychic, given how she is able to immediately appear next to me at breakfast the moment I think I could use a refill of my drink. And, like Karen and Heidi, she is very pleasant to speak with.

Overall, this Holiday Inn location is one of my preferred Cincinatti hotels thanks to the wonderful staff.

What a wonderful surprise! This hotel was comfortable and quiet. Spent a weekend at a retreat in one of the conference rooms. I am so happy the chairs were well made and didn't make my back hurt like other retreats I've attended. The breakfast was supplied very well. Deepthi made our breakfast experience a great one by being at the ready to serve. She was like a Staff Sergeant teaching the busboy how to do his job which was impressive. It was a bit short staffed, however, Deepthi pulled it off without a hitch.
Dinners are very limited on the menu. My husband and I both had the NY Strip which was cooked perfectly and came out to the table hot. The desserts of Dutch Apple Pie with Ice Cream and NY Cheescake were great! The last night we both opted for Salads, I had the House salad with Chicken and my husband had the Caesars Salad. Both were exceptionally good.
Heidi at the front desk was incredible with Customer Service. She was attentive, kind and responsive. Always had the answers!
Would be great to see a few more restaurants within walking distance, however, we overcame that by using Uber. Uber is great from that location!

Frequent Patron

I stay here quite often for work. In particular, the staff is amazing but the building is quite old and as such has its expected problems.

Front desk: People at the front desk, always absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable at their jobs. The hotel is blessed to have some great people working behind that desk.

Room: I travel quite a bit for work and thus have stayed in many a hotel room. It may sound silly to point out the following, but it makes a world of difference to me that I never have to worry about the following things at this hotel: wifi, tv, fridge, outlets, and thermostat. They always work great with no problems at all. In addition, the bed is always nice, clean, and comfortable. The room is a very good size.

My biggest complaint about the rooms would be that sometimes the sink and/or tub do not drain well or sometimes there is no hot or cold water. I must note though, that when I mention any complaints to the front desk, they are immediately accomodating and help me get a different room (again, great front desk staff).

Sometimes the room is very clean, sometimes it could be cleaner (ex. large accumulation of dust by lamps). From what I understand though, nowadays hotel cleaning staff might be expected to clean too many rooms in too small a window of time. Perhaps that’s the case here?

In addition, the carpeting is quite old and used. I suppose this is to be expected as the hotel is quite old. However, ever since new ownership took over a few years ago, they have been slowly conducting renovations to upgrade the building. Perhaps new carpets and new plumbing will be included in the future renovations.

Restaurant: When I stay here, I frequently get breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The past few days I’d been there my servers were Deepthi and Vicky. These ladies are the best. Both are amazing people and make breakfast at the hotel a great experience. The hotel is lucky to have these two. Regarding the food, the made-to-order breakfast on the weekdays is always delicious. Hats off to the chef.

General: Parking is incredibly easy for patrons. In addition, the staff puts in extra work to ensure that there is always free hot coffee, tea, and hot water available to their patrons 24/7. It’s a nice extra touch which I appreciate a lot.

In summary, the building is old and can have some issues but the staff are so friendly and amazing and the extra amenities are so nice that they more than make up for the negatives that exist. Also, you can’t beat the price for the area. Considering what you pay, you’re getting a pretty good product in my opinion.

Stacy at the bar/restaurant was amazing. We had time to have a couple of conversations and she was very accommodating when I asked to take some wine and dessert back to my room. The front desk clerk was very sweet and gave me helpful information about the airport shuttle. I appreciated having a restaurant on site as it was raining and I didn't feel like driving anywhere.
