From the minute you drive up, you are greeted by such friendly valets only to walk into the hotel to be greeted by the equally friendly front desk staff. The lobby and hotel is gorgeous with huge sliding glass doors all around the property with so much light! The rooms are super clean and quite roomy! I love the the hotel is on the newer side! We paid for the daily breakfast and it exceeded our expectations! Homemade omelet bar; fresh fruit and an array of juices plus several hot items, cereal and different bread choices. Well worth the minimal difference in price! The pool was gorgeous too. The only downside and it’s small one is that there is really not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Thankfully Ubers are reasonably priced. I can’t wait go back!

I had a fantastic all around experience at this Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson this past week. I was in town for the week for work and arrived early Saturday the 14th- after traveling on a very early flight from the east coast. I still needed to go into the office, but wanted to freshen up and change from air travel- I reached out to the hotel (thinking it may be a long shot) to see if I could possibly access my room early in this special circumstance. The front desk staff was more than welcoming and accommodating and made this happen for me. In that moment it sincerely meant to world! I dined nightly downstairs at the Desert Pony and had a consistent exceptional experience each night. Each member of the bar and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu selection was fantastic in with plenty of variety to keep it interesting for 7 nights. Every menu item that I tried was delicious and intricately prepared. The property itself is extremely well kept with every detail addressed. Hats off to the Management and the entire team at this hotel- the hard work you guys are doing does not go unnoticed!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities are great, and the rooms are spacious and relatively new. Everything was super clean, and the staff were very friendly. A late check-out by one hour was no problem at all. Complimentary shaded parking was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! As for breakfast, I highly recommend trying the buffet option—it’s worth it. The location is ideal, situated in a quieter area of North Scottsdale but just a short drive to Old Town. Whole Foods and other shopping are nearby. Despite the Barrett-Jackson auction going on, traffic was not an issue at all.

Spent 3 nights in the Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson. It was a beautiful new facility! Free covered self parking was a real PLUS.

Our room was a suite which was large and comfortable. Only complaint was that it did not include a microwave.

The hotel restaurant was pleasant but the food offerings were limited to pub fare. Would have been nice to have other options on the menu.

Overall however, we enjoyed our time at this hotel!

A magnificently designed open-air property beautifully decorated with flowers and art. Rooms offer floor to ceiling windows with views of the city or the mountains and desert area. The surrounding area of Office Buildings restaurants intertwined with peaceful walking paths are a plus to this getaway property. Special shout out to the front desk staff for being so accommodating.

New hotel and the rooms were perfect. The restaurant was great and had a wonderful live show on Friday. Really need to have readily available free coffee and not have to go through the Cafe. Needs a business center with Ethernet. Great location.

First off the good stuff then to why is 4-stars. We spent 3 nights here. Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and very clean and nice with a bar and big bathroom. Comfortable beds and chair to work or eat at. The lobby is really nice with a great breakfast and cafe for Starbucks coffee and more. A beautiful pool and free parking. They also offer valet parking. Great location and easy to get to a lot of great stuff. Really nice big TV

Now for the bad
1. We travel with a FireTV streaming stick and rarely have an issues. This being a new hotel was surprised to find that you have to have a tech come up to get it to work. And I fly all over the world then the WiFi portal was blocking so had to a hack through the Amazon browser. It finally worked great but not a good system.

2. I'm Gold but it didn't seem to matter... They would not give us a late checkout to 1pm. They claimed housekeeping would be mad. What!!! I've never had this issue do it was bizarre.

3. Breakfast is $25 per person but although good doesn't deserve such a high price. And they want strip for bringing you a water. The omelet was so bad I couldn't take more than 2 bite. Gift bacon though... Fresh fruit.

Otherwise we had a great time and would come back.

Fantastic hotel and impeccable service. We were there for my brother’s wedding. Najia was phenomenal during the mornings helping us with breakfast. When my daughter got sick, Hilary was kind and gracious and so sweet. Wade was also extremely helpful and looked out for us. Michael, the evening bell hop and ace would find blankets and towels for us. I have stayed all over the world. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had and seen. The cherry on top? Hilary got my daughter a stuffed coyote, which she absolutely adored.
