The Garden Inn was absolutely the nicest place we have stayed in a long time. Looks relatively new and was clean and very nice. Only negative was the room next door a little loud when we first went to bed.

My family was gracious enough to invite me to a wedding to this location, and I was shocked at how poor the quality was. For the reception, service was awful, and the staff was in a poor mood. Silverware was mismatched, glasses were mismatched, when they went to pour champagne my wife only received a mouthful whereas my glass held several. My brother's child went without food for 20 minutes as they had to "make more chicken fingers, since they did not expect this many children", I guess when you pay 20k in a reception and hotel rooms Hilton wants to make sure they don't waste *checks notes* CHICKEN FINGERS.

It's clear the bottom line of this hotel is to service you as cheaply as possible. Waited at the bar for 10 minutes during "Happy Hour" just to be reminded I had 5 minutes left. The hotel itself is dated with spring mattresses and head boards that will clamp your fingers.

Awful service, awful rooms, about the only nice thing I can say is the outdoor fire pits which are free to use, but beyond that, stay away from this location, especially if you're looking at this place as a wedding venue/reception.

As a Diamond Status member of Hilton Honors, this is one of the worst Hilton Hotels I've ever been to. No diamond amenities, no perks, even the premier internet is just handed out to everyone else. Why even be a Diamond Member in Iowa?

The room was clean, warm, and fairly large for a single. Would definitely return. Its quite a nice facility, and the staff were helpful.

I was here for a two-day conference and it was an amazing experience! The hotel was easy to find, right off the 100 extension, and the conference room was large and the technology worked flawlessly. I enjoyed the catered experience, especially Cameron, who was on top of everything including refills, plate removal, and ensuring dietary restrictions were accommodated. Our social hour had a cash bar, and everything transitioned smoothly.

Location is perfect. Right off the free way in what seems to be a very safe area! We’re moving back to our hometown and this is our last night in a hotel. The rooms are extremely nice the staff is extremely informative and friendly. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our journey back home and the perfect way to wrap it up. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

My husband and I had our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful throughout the entire planning process, and we were so happy with how the day turned out. They made everything very easy for us, allowing us to enjoy our day. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it, along with the beverages we wanted. The hotel staff was very attentive the whole night, making sure everyone was taken care of. Many of our guests commented on how well the night went. The staff went above and beyond to send the hotel shuttle to pick us up on our way to the reception when we ran into transportation issues. ||My husband and I stayed at the hotel on our wedding night as well. The room was perfect. Everything was clean and well-kept. We were able to rest well after a busy day. The breakfast buffet the next morning was also very good. The Hilton Garden Inn helped us create a memorable wedding day. We'd highly recommend them for weddings and other events.
