Arriving on a late afternoon flight with our bodies still on UK time, we booked a room at this airport Hilton rather than immediately tackle the two-hour drive home, and we had an excellent room with friendly, efficient service. The building is unusual and impressive, and the room was quiet and comfortable. No complaints at all. And the outstanding breakfast buffet was a relaxing way to cap the overnight stay. We’ll be back.

I just want to say that Manny took great care of me and my family, transporting us to and from the airport and Hilton hotel. After a long day, he provided a very comfortable ride where I was able to sit back and relax. And he didn’t hesitate to help us with our luggage.

Rooms are clean and so is the rest of the building, breakfast and dinner are good options with nothing around. The girl Bartender was nice. The shuttle is very convenient and runs 24/7 straight to the airport. Gym is small but works for short periods of time.

We usually stay at Hiltons and most of them are good if not great. We had a bad experience here, though. Our flight got in late and we got to bed around 12am, so we were exhausted. The fridge in the room was rattling and making a constant “eeeeee” sound that made it hard to fall asleep. Then, the room service woke us up at 8:30am on a Saturday “to see if we had checked out yet.” The repeated knocking woke us up out of a deep sleep and I couldn’t fall back asleep after that, which was incredibly frustrating. Who knocks at 8am on a Saturday even if the do not disturb sign isn’t posted?!The towels were yellowed. There are multiple entry points to the building that don’t require a key card, nor do the elevators which means it’s less secure than most hotels. Breakfast is an additional $20 per person for a standard continental buffet that’s included at most Hiltons. We will definitely avoid this Hilton in the future.

Convenient! As with any airport hotel, I would list convenience at the top of list of reasons to stay here. It’s a slightly older hotel with an interesting history—originally built as a military base, the atrium in the middle was open-air, and closed in later when the building was purchased from the military and turned into to a hotel. Apparently there is still a Cold War-era bunker in the basement.

While the hotel is nothing to write home about, it’s got all the necessities, and the breakfast sandwiches at the restaurant inside are surprisingly good. Convenient and easy!

I’ve been staying here a lot the past few months and I always look forward to the short van ride to the hotel. Manual always has a smile on his face and great music playing! Makes me wish, only a little, that the ride was a bit longer!

After a long day of flying, I was so impressed with the timeliness and care that Manny (Manuel) provided while driving us to the hotel from the airport. He packed our luggage onto the bus without hesitation, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the ride. Thank you Manny!

Stayed here for a work conference, and found it to be an extremely nice stay. The restaurant inside is way overpriced, which seems typical of any hotel situated near a major airport. $22 for breakfast is not something I find reasonable, but hey, that's just me. Luckily in this area, there are quite a few accessible restaurant options that don't require a drive any further into the heart of Austin.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Other than the traffic surrounding this location being a nightmare (I've driven in Houston my entire life, so I do know traffic), I would definitely return here for another stay.
