Today my Auntie was at this store in the millennial mall in Orlando, Florida and one of the sales persons told her that she couldn’t record in the store. Well my Auntie wasn’t recording she was live on TikTok because it’s her birthday and she was sharing her day with her platform. So my
Auntie asked to speak with the manager to see if she could see the store policy on being live in their store. So the manager came and she explained to him what the associate had said and he said that it was the law as well as their store policy. So my Auntie asked to see a copy of it and this man who was supposed to be the manager failed to bring the documentation stating that, but instead asked my Auntie to leave the store and if she didn’t leave he was going to call security on her. Is this how you treat your customers? Or is it only the African American customers you treat like this? There was also a caucasian lady in the store live on her phone and she wasn’t told to not go live. This is such a very sad situation and made my Aunt’s Birthday one of the worse ones she’s ever had. Shame on you Gucci Store in the millennial mall Orlando Florida.

This is my favorite Gucci location ever! Diana is the best advisor I have ever had. I highly recommend her! I live 3 hours away and will drive to this location just because of her. The location is very clean and welcoming. Every staff member is very personable and feels like you’re friends when you’re there. The selection is very broad and they will always have something you just can’t leave without!

Me and my wife have had consistently excellent service at the Gucci in Millenia.
Austin is a particular example of a salesperson who goes above and beyond sales and actually steps into customer support in his own time. He’s helped me and my wife on multiple occasions, staying in contact with us until we had exactly what we wanted.
