As of yesterday Aug 1, 2023, three out four were non functional.

From left towards right...facing the stations.

1. Seemed to go somewhere but then became glitchy and the screen froze. Not working.
2. Screen was blank. Touching the screen or plugging the car to bring the machine alive did not help. Not working.
3. Worked well, charged fast.
4. Unresponsive screen. Not working.

Third unit from the left stopped charging twice, due to “internal error,” switched to the first unit. Eventually charged.

Took 6 tries at 3 ports to charge and the amenities are basic, but nobody is here and other nearby fast chargers are full…

Hit 2 other non-working charging stations nearby before attempting this one. Despite the reviews, my experience was seamless - and really nice to have a Stewart's right here while I charged up.

Slow 38kw only one of 4 working and no tap to pay. it took 15 min to get payment accept payment from phone .

Very clunky interface. Can't get consistency out of this station. Only was able to get station to charge after calling customer service and having them reboot and start charging session remotely. Avoid if possible.

Can’t pay with card, the card terminals don’t work on all 4 chargers, must download the app

The 350 KW chargers are putting out 85 KW

What a joke, this is why third party charging networks can’t compete with Tesla
