This business was at the top of the list I received from Tesla to install the Tesla Home Charger. We were able to make an appointment within the same week that I called. That was very convenient! On the day of the appointment, the technician called ahead and said he was running late from the previous job. However, he still planned to arrive within the time window we scheduled. I appreciated the heads up on his timing though. When he arrived, we discussed install locations and options. He was very helpful with deciding on the best spot to place the charger inside the garage. After we agreed on thelocation, he went about his work. The result is perfect. Even though the cost was a bit higher than I anticipated when I started this process, I believe you get what you pay for. And when it comes to hiring someone to do electrical work, you want the best! That comes with a price. You can’t or shouldn’t cheap out when it comes to electricity and safety in your home. I highly recommend EV Pro Solutions.

I was impressed how responsive EVPS were. I submitted a request for quote online on Sunday never expecting to be contacted the same day, but they did call me within a few minutes and presented their services answered my questions and I was sold - I booked the install that day and today my charger is now installed and it works great! It’s will be a game changer for me and I’m looking forward to charging at home and saving a bunch of money! It was very easy to do business with EVPS - the whole process end to end was uncomplicated. Marcel and Bryson did an outstanding job installing a second Tesla charger for us. The installation was neat, precise, and exactly how we wanted it. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend their services, and we will definitely be using them again!

Fantastic experience! EV Pro Solutions went above and beyond to accommodate me. If you need to install an EV home charger, don’t look anywhere else. EV PRO Solutions service is just superb. First, scheduling the service was very easy and quick, got the appointment the next day. I ordered the wall connector from Tesla. I am waiting to be delivered it. EV PRO Solutions offered to bring a brand new wall connector so i didn’t have to wait for the one I ordered. They will then pickup the one I ordered from Tesla when it’s delivered. Then, I called them 3 hours before my scheduled time to see if the appointment time can be moved to an earlier time slot. The technician (Jacob) arrived 2 hours before the original appointment time. Jacob answered all my questions, very professional and friendly. The level of customer service is truly second to none. I highly recommend EV Pro Solutions.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! They did an excellent and a clean job!!! The installation was on point . Everything was set up in the way we want it.. and they check that all the system was working properly and my gateway for PowerShare was connected and running with my Tesla app!!

Great installation experience! The installer arrived on time, reviewed the job with me ahead of time, and then completed it in less than 2 hours. Afterwards he walked me through connecting to the charger through the app, as well as gave me some tips and suggestions based on what they've seen with other customers.
