The worse! Don’t even deserve a Star at all. I was recommend this place by a friend boi am I disappointed in my friend !! This place was horrible. There’s no customer service here, will never recommend anyone. I started with 1 lady she literally threw my foot back in the tub because I told her what I wanted and the guy that finished did a decent job but he did not do a good job on my hands. They are not update; with dipping they don’t know what they’re doing. I am So
Mad I wasted my hard earned money and to top it off the owner bullied us to pay her before my hands were done I was in such shock I told her I wasn’t paying and I didn’t until I was finished and unhappy only because I didn’t want to create a scene. My loss! Just don’t go there !

Terrible customer service. I sat down for a full set. First I was seated with a Chinese man he started with the electric nail drill. I inquired about my cuticles he said $10 more, I have never in all my years had to pay extra to remove cuticles, it is ALWAYS INCLUDED!
Then I was moved to the next station the woman was using the nail drill to remove my cuticles, When I looked at my nails the cuticles were still there. I told her I want the cuticles removed she said she did, the cuticles were not removed & I was not paying an extra $10 for nothing. She asked me if I was ok? I responded yes. I asked her if she was ok, her response was no I am not you to much work. I left along with my sister who was going to get a pedicure!
THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF & NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!

My daughter asked for the coffin shaped nails and the lady told her she doesn't know what that is. So we googled an image for her and showed her. Then she proceeded to say her nails were too small. My daughter is 16; same size nails as mine. She ended up cutting them and filling them to be coffin shaped. However, after she had an attitude and threw her nail file on her work station we almost walked out. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. She treated us like we were an inconvenience. We are paying customers. We were not rude to her. Treat people the way you want to be treated. My daughter and I will not be returning customers.

I've been going to this small family oriented salon for years, I've never had a bad experience. The workers are very nice and gentle with your hands and or feet. They're very will to fix any mistake that's possibly made. I would 100% recommend this to any of my friends or family members.

The owner is rude as ever! Zoom in on my photo and the work can tell you my story. It looks like a three-year-old put some press on nails on my fingers. I ended up going to Pink Lotus to get my nails corrected. They could not believe how poorly my nails were done.

I had to get my nails done over?. Only one person speak English which is the lady with the longer hair. They do a rush job. It's annoying. She made my nails too wide. I asked her to file them down a bit. I'm just not going to return. Started going to the treasure coast mall.

Worst experience I’ve ever had coming to this place. She was closed yesterday when I came to get a fill in and told me to come back at 9:30. I then stated I have have a funeral at 11 am so I won’t be able to make it. She tells me to come at 9 so I said fine. This morning I get to the nail salon there is an older lady walking around sweeping while I’m standing at door didn’t even care to open the door just keep walking past. It’s now 9:37 as I’m writing this they open at 9:30 and still no one comes to open the door. Will never go back again.

I wouldn’t even give one star after the experience I had with the business owner. It’s sad because the woman who did my pedicure was always professional and highly deserving of a generous tip. I’d always tip $10+ for a $20 job. And for some reason the owner thought it would ok to dismiss me... and treat me with in highly unprofessional manner this time. I came in... and I was advised that the person I was waiting for “Lisa” was with someone at the time... but I advised that i was ok with waiting for her. After waiting for about 15-20 mins... a woman came in with her daughter. I heard the owner advise the the woman that Lisa had a customer (me) waiting already so she wouldn’t be able to assist her at the time. Next thing I know... Lisa is servicing the woman’s daughter with no regard to my patiently waiting. I asked the owner... what happened because she told me that I would be next after Lisa finish her customer. She told me that the woman and her daughter “had an appointment” (lied)... I said why didn’t you simply inform me of that so I could come back at a better time. She disregarded me... making me feel that my time or patronizism wasn’t the least bit valuable to her. And it’s ok... I will NOT EVER GO BACK! There’s too many other nail spa’s that would appreciate my hard earned money! Blessings to you Owner... you were wrong but I forgive you! However, I won’t ever come back for you to treat me that way again! Namaste~
