We came for a family wedding, the pool area is great. Tons of space for the entire family. WIFI wasn't the greatest. The bar area is fun, didn't stay open late enough for us. LOL. The staff was very polite and helpful. All in All, good stay. We usually stay at this facility when we are in town.

Edit/Update- Shortly after leaving my initial review, management contacted me directly, apologized, and resolved the issue. Bearing that in mind, I've adjusted my rating and would consider staying there again.

The room was fine, the staff were friendly, but I've never had so much frustration with just trying to use a treadmill. To begin with, the fitness room isn't open until 8am. I'm traveling for work and need to be at a desk before then and this is the first hotel to make it difficult to go for an early morning run. They did agree to allow me early access. But making that actually happen was a process in which I lost half the time I'd allotted for exercise. So I tried to run in the evening after work, but now the lock is broken and I was essentially told there's nothing to be done. They said it may be fixed later, but I truly cannot imagine a set of circumstances that would bring me back to this hotel.

This hotel is fine. Nothing fancy. Front desk service was great however this hotel advised upon check in that they do not clean rooms every day. In the 3rd day, we asked them to clean and the best they could do is provide clean towels. Just be aware if you book this property.

Great restaurant experience (awesome staff and food). And lots of fun at the pool. Great place for a family. Staff was very responsive and kind and the common areas were useful in accommodating our extended family get together. Also, I've been to wedding receptions there, and the venue is great for that!

We have stayed at 5 Best Western Hotels in the past month and around 90 hotels this year. This is the first BW that did not have a complimentary breakfast. The Internet kept dropping and would not allow streaming of videos. We bought breakfast at the in-house restaurant and the bacon was cooked within an inch of its life and the plate was mostly hash browns. The coffee was weak and expensive. We got the impression that the hotel doesn’t have to work hard for guests, so doesn’t work hard. It was also the most expensive nightly rate we have paid in weeks of travelling across the USA, for a small room. The sheets on the bed were too small (the fitted sheet was half way down the mattress), the pillows weren’t propped up nicely and the bedspreads hung unevenly. Very minor issues, but as this was more expensive by almost double than what he had paid the previous two nights, we were expecting more.

Enjoyed our stay here. Our third stay. It's always nice to have a bar and a good restaurant included. Had reserved and prepaid for three nights, but weather delay made it just two, and that's all they actually charged. Good bed, clean, friendly. Nice indoor pool and recreation area.

What a fantastic hotel. Great service. Staff was very kind. Enjoyable dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Pet friendly and extra clean rooms. Very enjoyable stop on our work trip through town.
Only downfall is no breakfast. Perkins next door, but unfortunately not in the budget on our constant travels.
Will indeed stay again.

Positive: Close to highway for quick stop. Negative: The room smelled very musty and was damp. I had to call tech support twice because my computer could not connect to the internet. I finally gave up and went to sleep. There was no complimentary breakfast which is usually available at a Best Western.
