Called today and the guy told me to come at 5. Nevertheless, I arrive a few minutes early about 4:48pm to be exact. Vee then tells me she’s busy and to come back tomorrow. There was only one person there. I didn’t mind waiting but I will not beg anyone to take my money. Her loss! I will not be returning.

I went today, I wanted to remove acrylic and leave my nails overlay, the cut them and cut my natural nail, I didn’t wanted tips I had to get them because my nails where so short and in pain. Second person was nice but was advise my nails are sensitive and I was cut.

I thought I found a good place for my lashes but after 4 days they’re almost all fallen out. And it has nothing to do with my care. I’ve had my lashes done for years and went 3-4 weeks between refills. But at day 8 they are all gone but like 5 lash pieces.
I should’ve known when I realized she started to rush and do my full set in 20 minutes that they wouldn’t be great.
There goes a wasted 80$.

I found a jewel. Three lovely ladies. Doing God's work. Manicure pedicure and a haircut. Everybody was smiles for miles. And the shop was very clean.

I came here 2 times. The first time, my nails were all uneven and painted horribly by the lady who wears glasses. My left foot didn’t match my right even a little bit when it came to length. The second time the thin girl broke literally half my toenail off with the clippers because she was talking on the phone at the same time and rushing my pedicure. Now I have to wait for my toenail to grow back which takes forever. Such bad, unprofessional service. I suggest you go to Infinite Nails and Spa Houston on Jones. Their service is amazing and they give complimentary drinks.

I love these ladies. They do amazing work and are so sweet. I honestly have to say the pedicures are the best and with a great massage every time. They are never in a hurry to get you in and out. They have a big variety of colors etc. And they serve wine etc. It's a nice environment.

This place is a hit or miss, I've been here a few times and the service each time depends on who gives it. This last time was not a good experience, the nail tech was not friendly at all and very unhelpful, my nails were not to my satisfaction, I did not feel appreciated as a paying customer, I will not patronize them anymore unless its an absolute emergency.
