Look no further! For the detail-oriented bride who's afraid to let go of control -- Afrodita's Events by Luisa Bautte is for you! Luisa stepped in as our planner in the months leading up to our big day and we are forever grateful. She personally attends multiple on-site meetings with venue/vendors, as well as constant communication via video call, phone call, text and email. Luisa and her team are extremely organized and thorough. She provides you with a well thought out, to the minute timeline as well as a corresponding ceremony seating chart and processional so that the bridal party and families know exactly what to do -- where and when. Her event design is effortlessly up-scale and elegant. All of this and on top of that, she is kind and personable. I was so calm and at peace the morning/day of my wedding and I know it had a lot to do with Luisa and her meticulous planning and coordination. I also loved that she was flexible and accommodating to my preferences or any special quirks from my wedding that were not typical. She also has a network of vendors -- which was very helpful when coordinating matching invitations, signage, place cards, etc. So much goes into a well-coordinated wedding...and Luisa will make sure all bases are covered. 🙂

I worked with Luisa for my wedding reception and Indian theme welcome dinner in Nov 2021. From the day I talked to her, she had promised me that she will make sure I don’t have to worry about anything on my wedding week. And of course she kept her promise. Luisa was so good at time management, really professional and put all her effort in making the day magical. She made sure me and my husband were happy with all the details. Luisa was able to capture all of our ideas up to the minimal detail and delivered beyond our expectations. Our wedding still lingers in all of the guests memories as being one of their favorite all time event. From the flowers to her impeccable timeline which made it all worthwhile. We had a blast! Everything is in the detail!!! and Luisa is the best of taking care of it and that make the whole difference in any of the events she is in charge, from the food, music flowers, decorations and the people will be serve have to be high quality.
