Amanda Jacobs is not safe for binary trans people. Immediately switches up on supporting trans people if they actually want to integrate into society and transition fully.

It seems she’s only interested in keeping us “other gendered” and does not truly view us as our identified genders. Forcing all trans people to be neutral and gender nonconforming is still misgendering. I feel absolutely violated by her treatment.

Vile practice considering the place promotes being LGBTQ safe. If you can’t accept all of us and our varied experiences you are not truly a safe space.

Our daughter woke up with intense stomach pain, and we could not be more satisfied with the care she received from BCHP's Saw Mill office. The receptionist was very understanding and helped us secure an appointment that very morning. Dr. Kathryn Snyder was great. She was calm, caring, and thorough, and helped put my daughter at ease. The staff scheduled a sonogram for my daughter and Dr. Snyder immediately called us with the results. We were expecting to have to follow up with her. We certainly feel in good hands under her care, and appreciate the cooperation of the whole office.

Love the staff, from the ladies at the front desk who are always kind and accommodating, to the medical assistants who are always patient and helpful.

Dr. Oppenheimer is an amazing doctor, she really loves her profession. She is extremely caring and knowledgeable which is such a relief when you’re with your first newborn and have 21+ questions lol.

Overall great practice! Definitely recommend!!

We love the Staff so much here ,we travel from Rockland for all our appointments. Not only are they great on a regular basis but they squeeze my toddler in all the time for last minute 'sick appts' when needed which means a lot to me as my son is my first and only. I highly recommend them!!!

My 5 year old Daughter got an EEG done on April 9th, 2022. We did not get her results back until over a month later (March 11, 2022). What is most upsetting is each time I called I was told the same thing. It should not be taking this long, "We are sending out a message to the tech someone will reach out to you". I feel like we were brushed off for sure. Especially when I am asking if someone will call us today and I am told, "Hopefully". How about someone take the initiative to find out what the hold up is so you have something to tell us. Make the parent feel like their child is cared about and you are here to help! An apology would have been nice too.

Because of medical emergency, I had to directly drive to the office, without an appointment. Dr/nurse/front desk helped a lot, and saved my son. I really appreciate them.

I really like the nurses and the doctors are really great! They spend time with your child as needed. They are also available to speak as well if you call on the phone and request a call back.
