I come to this Imaging Center every August to have an MRI with dye to check the growth of cysts in my pancreas. I’m deadly afraid of needles in my vein. The staff is always so courteous and kind to my needs. My last visit on August 20, Bonnie, was the nurse who inserted the port in my vein. She was so wonderful and caring. She made me feel comfortable and it was quick and painless. I highly recommend this facility. Annette

I called with my grandmother to obtain medical records. I asked the representative what was the name of the physician and she started laughing at me and said that she can only give it to the patient which the patient was on the phone with me. I told the representative Michelle that I did not think it was funny for her to be laughing, which is very inappropriate. I know that’s how you guys work down there in the lower counties, but it is very disrespectful. No one should be laughing at anybody, especially over medical records thanks Michelle for your rudeness.

Waited in the back room for 30 minutes today and asked the receptionist what was taking so long. Long story short, our technician did not show up to work and no one knew. And no one thought to check on us. So we waited and waited. Very unprofessional. How does a tech not show up to work?

They write the possibility of cancer in every single body part they look out to get you to spend money on unnecessary f/u tests, especially Dr Shapiro, who my physician says
drives doctors crazy with f/u tests because he states" Could be cancer in every and I mean every) body parts he sees. The manager " Ronald " is a liar and will tell you anything to get you to not ask questions. I hate this place it should be investigated. " Avoid" Westchester advanced imaging" unless you want to spend the next year getting unneeded f/u tests

Receptionists were great to deal with. Very helpful and kind.
I had to drink 60 ozs. of fluid so I was very uncomfortable. There was a man and a woman preparing me for my MRI and the man had zero bedside manner. He was rushing me to get situated, even stuffing the ear plugs in my ears and putting the headset on my head before going in the MRI. They both seemed very clueless and had me in there for over an hour and still didn't finish. They need to train their staff not to be rude, these two were clueless and rude and I'll be filing a complaint tomorrow.

My first experience with Lantower was not the best, I was by far disappointed with the staff from Tech-ridge Lantower. But the Regional Manager Lisa from Edge water literally turn my horrible experience into a positive experience. I'am happy to say I am a new resident at Edge water Lantower, you instantly fall in Love with the beach vibes and the amenities. I am also satisfied with the new officer, who is making progress in keeping the community peaceful and safe. The office staff has been doing a lot of changes and even though they still have progress to make I am glad they are working hard and slowly making positive changes!

they charge me a co-pay for a cat scan , I did not see a doctor! co-pay are for doctor visit . after contacting my health insurance and having a confrence call with admiting I was refunded my co-pay. becareful allways check with your insurance before paying a co-pay. It seems weshester Medical is frauding its Paients by collecting co-pay when its not required.
