I arrived to my appointment at 8 am, and Walgreens was "open" but the doors were locked (no sign indicating an issue) . I called labcorp and nobody answered. I understand it may not be labcorp's issue if Walgreens didn't open their doors. I called labcorp several times leaving messages and not one was returned. I totally understand if something happens out of their control, but the responsibility is on them to reach out to patients if they are unable to honor the appointments that were confirmed. My time was wasted.

The person that works there has a bad attitude. She never looks at you on the eye, doesn’t say hello, doesn’t explain things and then she blames you for things you didn’t do right. She doesn’t care about her patients and seems like she hates working there. She’s not careful when drawing blood and leaves you a bruise. Also, they never have all the materials they need to provide to their patients. Terrible service! Don’t go there.

Location is now open and was staffed, as of today! I had a bad experience here about 6-12 months ago with no one available for a confirmed appointment, but it appears those days are behind them. Very nice women drew my daughters blood. If you want an extra confirmation you can call Walgreens to ask if they mind checking Labcorp is open.

Just when I thought LabCorp couldn't get worse. I drove 30 minutes away to go to this location because I had a bad experience at the one closest to me. I received a confirmation of the appointment and a text telling me to sign in. So I signed in on my phone and received a message saying I would be called shortly. Thankfully, I didn't wait in my car that long, but decided to go inside and shop in the Walgreens. There was a sign posted on the front door saying that Labcorp was "CLOSED" and "sorry for the inconvenience". I went to ask the pharmacist about it. She said that they had been closed for a week but were still taking appointments and not informing anyone. Wow. That is just bizarre. How can they keep taking appointments So unprofessional. I will never use them again.

Do not bring children here. The person who drew blood from my 4 yo son today did not look at or speak to him at all, he was screaming in pain and she had no bedside manner whatsoever.
