Sono stato 1 notte di passaggio prima di andare a Sequoia, in questo ottimo hotel sotto ogni lunto di vista...se non fosse per l'autostrada che passa proprio vicino...||La zona comoda anche per chi arriva la sera tardi in quanto è la classica area piena di fast food di ogni genere.||La qualità e lo standard sono tipici della catena Express e l'hotel è davvero nuovissimo.||Inoltre una buona colazione dolce e salata che soddisfa tutti, in una grande sala con mega TV e tanti posti a sedere. Le stanze sono belle, pulite, con letti comodi e con tutto il necessario. Ottimo e veloce anche il wi-fi in camera. Hall luminosa. ||Quindi consigliato assolutamente, ma ricordatevi di chiedere una camera la piano alto e che non dia sull'autostrada, soprattutto se avete il sonno leggero.||Io comunque ho dormito bene...forse perchè ero stanchissimo!

This place is an unbelievable mess. Elevator doesn’t work. My room was at 80 degrees upon entering and the AC barely works. A homeless man was in the dining area chillin. Terrible food options nearby. This is more of a dumpy truck stop than hotel for a family. Do not leave anything in your car because either the homeless or the potheads that freely hang outside of here will probably steel it. The clock in the room was broken. The bathroom had a moldy smell and looked dirty.

Nice and quiet place to stay. We were visiting the area and decided to stay here.
The room was clean. Plenty of amenities to use from a television with HBO, a Keurig coffee maker with pods (creamers are available in the lobby), refrigerator, microwave, and more.
There are also a few food places nearby that opens 24/7.
There are train tracks nearby so you may hear horns at 4am in the morning too.

Sehr laut, da direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Mehrmals davon wach geworden, außerdem riecht das Zimmer unglaublich schlecht (chemisches Reinigungsmittel vermute ich). Das Frühstück hat wenig bis gar keine gesunde Alternativen, eine große Auswahl generell gibt es nicht.

Keep looking if you are used to staying in decent places. This is the worst holiday inn express I’ve stayed in, and below just about every other similar tier hotel brand. Review is from a stay on 9/14/24

1) not a very good area, okay for a quick 1 night stay by yourself , I wouldn’t bring my family here

2) this looks like it was some other hotel that was taken over and renovated as a holiday inn express, except it was poorly done, as I’ve never seen a holiday inn express this bad. Doors seem to have a ton of paint layers, don’t close very well and close very loudly. Caulking in the bathroom is peeling, discolored, and needs repair.

3) cheap dove soap and shampoo. Like the cheapest you’d find at Walmart. I’d rather just rinse with water than put that garbage in my hair.

4) Elevator was out of service and only one elevator. It was late, I was only sleeping four hours while I took a rest from driving, so I left my luggage in my car. I would have preferred to bring it in, but I wasn’t thrilled about carrying it up four flights of stairs.

For this price point (160-180) it should not be this shabby. Price needs to be much lower like motel 6 or red roof inn pricing. This is not what I expect for a holiday inn express. I travel very often (monthly) and while I don’t usually stay at holiday inn expresses, when I have, they haven’t been this bad. I’m typically at courtyard, Hilton, Sheraton, aloft, and similar for basic travel trips.

Front desk service was good, very standard transaction, no complaints there. The room was also clean, and had good furniture; if I had to work, there was plenty of room. Didn’t connect to WiFi so not sure the quality.

Utmost frustration and anger regarding the unbearable noise level in my hotel room during my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Fresno. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Holiday Inn.||I had made a reservation for July 17th, expecting a peaceful and comfortable stay. However, despite being a Platinum member and requesting a Quiet room the room I was assigned turned out to be an absolute nightmare due to its proximity to the highway. The constant noise from passing traffic was deafening and made it impossible for me to get any rest or sleep.||I find it unacceptable that Holiday Inn would build such a hotel and place guests in such a noisy and disruptive environment. The lack of soundproofing in the room was evident and it felt as though the traffic was right inside my room. This experience has left me sleep-deprived, frustrated, and thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by Holiday Inn.||Horrible horrible stay in Holiday Inn Fresno.
