John was very friendly and helpful, and he was nice enough to replace my small battery I purchased elsewhere for free. I've had the car back for about a month and everything is running great, and I notice a difference in performance afterwards which I didn't expect. Assuming the car continues to work well, I am glad I came here.

Found them through internet search. Requested mobile installation. They called back within 2 hours to set up an appointment. Turns out they had a shop near me, which saved me 50% on installation cost. Took about an hour.

When our 2012 Prius C hybrid battery finally gave out we began searching for a replacement. Thankfully we came upon the Greentec website. We chose the battery and communicated via chat. Process was easy and painless. We arranged for a mobile installation. Jon Schreck contacted us to verify a few things and said he’d be here Monday afternoon at a set time. On Monday after driving over 300 miles from Austin, Jon showed up early at our front door in McAllen, Tx. He has very pleasant and professional. He answered our questions then got to work. He was done in no time.

Install engineer did a great job. Very pleased. Battery pack installed 4 days ago and I already put on 800 miles without any issues. Getting much better gas mileage as well.

Thank you John at the Leander, TX location. I bought a refurbished Greentec hybrid battery for my '05 Prius 5 years ago and it performed so good that I didn't hesitate to I call them again when I needed another one. This time I bought a new battery with a 4 year warranty. John was very professional. When my automotive team did the diagnostic they cleared the codes. When I got there John said that I might want to take it home and drive it some more to see if the warning lights came back on. He had my best interest in mind. I had the codes from the diagnostic and told him thank you, but I felt certain my battery needed to be replaced. He checked for codes and 2 out of the 3 came up. He replaced the battery and left the car in the garage for me to drive out as it had begun pouring down rain. What a great customer service experience! Thanks again John and Greentech for providing such an affordable and reliable
option for keeping my '05 with 145k on the road!
