Charged our Kia Niro EV for only 23 seconds, then said " Charging complete. Thanks, and see you soon!" Quit charging and wouldn't start again!

Our car is at 20% charge, we have a flight out of DFW soon, and we NEED a CCS charger ☹️

Finding a decent, fast charger for non-Tesla vehicles is a NIGHTMARE. These stations should be RELIABLE. NOT HAPPY.

We had some challenges reading the screens here, though there was recently a QR code attached to the station, which has been heavily damaged by the elements in its signage. This QR code went to a website that malfunctioned and multiple charges were placed on my card without reimbursement though the connection was used back to back, totaling somehow 4 charges for a single session costing time and getting me less than where I started out by the end of it.

They charge you $25 first. Then charger doesn’t work. Then they say you will get a refund in 3 business days.

Wow this station is pathetic. The system wouldn’t let me stop the charging, and I was stuck in the parking lot forever talking to the tech support. All they were telling me was to stop and start the car again LOL
