The owner replied to my review and asked me to contact him or her but didn't leave any contact information. So I reached out today and spoke with Evan who identified himself as the manager. And the term churned is a term that is called resurface now. After speaking with Evan and I'm sure our call was being recorded. He advised me that he or his assistant is not mechanics . Most of his responses were based on things that I had already said. After speaking with him there's know doubt that they allowed my daughter to drive off there property in a unsafe vehicle. I would strongly suggest and this is just my opinion as a retired mechanic not to have any service work done at this location.

When I went to look at a car, I asked to hear the engine. The sales rep mentioned it needed to go inside. I explained that it was hard for me to walk as I was using a walker and couldn't move around a lot. The salesmen did not accommodate me at all. When I called in about the service this was the response I received :

Dear Gus,

No manager, let alone, the Director of Operations is going to spend any amount of time negotiating on the 2003 Monte Carlo. The best price is listed, there is no negotiating.  Either you would like to purchase it for the listed price plus tax or we can part friends.

is sad, that the first thing you mention was Negotiations. I was gonna pay full price in cash. My purpose of the call was from the customer service i received.  How your establishment treats someone who is handicapped. But now I understand where it comes from. My family and friends will never shop or buy from this dealership.
Word of mouth travels very far! Thanks for giving me a better reason not to buy from your dealership.

Don’t go here at all find a better place if it’s coming out of your pocket. They over charge people. Say if your parts cost only 2000 dollars they want. You to pay 28,000 to get it fixed. And then I was told you bring it in for one thing. And they may mass something else up. Also if you ask them to fix one thing at a time because you can’t afford it they will not. I had all my own codes and get still made me pay them to check it.
