Our family recently stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Arizona, and it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. We flew in from out of state and felt welcomed and well-supported from the moment we checked in.||The Lodge offered plenty of activities that our children loved, especially our son with autism. He had a great time at the swimming areas, and we appreciated the sectioned-off area for smaller kids, which was perfect for him. The wave pool was a hit, and our family enjoyed tubing together—a perfect way to bond and have fun. The outdoor pool area was lovely, and the warm Arizona sun made it even more enjoyable!||Magic Quest was a favorite activity, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our son could participate fully. Bowling was also a big highlight for him, and these activities were incredibly helpful for his sensory needs and emotional regulation.||The staff was fantastic about meeting our special accommodation requests, doing their best to help make our stay smooth and comfortable. Even after a fire drill, the check-in process was seamless, and they were always ready to lend a hand. Ordering Dunkin’ on the app for a 6 am pickup was easy, and the Dunkin’ staff was so friendly. The kids loved wearing their wolf ears, and our son was especially proud of his wolf paw gloves from the gift shop, which he wore throughout Magic Quest!||We also found it convenient to stock up on food for our son at the nearby Walmart, which we stored in our room’s fridge—super helpful for maintaining his routine while we were away from home.||We’re already looking forward to our next stay, and we highly recommend Great Wolf Lodge for families, especially those with kids with special needs. There are endless activities, a welcoming atmosphere, and helpful staff who make it all so memorable.

Felt like a bait and switch money trap. We bought the unlimited extra pass which didn't include the fun stuff like mining for rocks and bowling. The magi quest game is fun once you understand the game and tasks, which will be likely explained by a parent also there not the staff as you'd expect. In general I'd say the rock wall, mini golf and water area is mostly designed for ages 5-9. The rope course was a saving grace but only in comparison to the other dry activities. Pizza was great!!

We had so much fun here! Checking on was super fast and easy; service was a 4 because right after we booked, there was a promotion for a buy one night get one night free. So we asked if we could use this promotion as we hadn't paid in full yet, and they declined. Total bummer.
Location is great. The room was perfect for us. We got a 2 bedroom. We had 2 couples, and 4 kids (plus 2 babies but still sleep in crib/ bassinet/ pack n play) and we fit perfectly. They brought us up a pack n play upon request.
Overall, great experience! Will definitely be back

A lot of fun for the kids and many things to do in regards to water park . Would not recommend to come here on a budget- maybe an obvious statement . This place is a money pit !! You’re better off eating else where for meals due to price! Though there is Dunkin which we did for breakfast which was reasonably priced .
Chlorine smell in water park can be really overwhelming. When we stayed there was a not a lot activities going on . For the amount of money you pay to stay , you’d think things like lockers would be free or refundable deposit , but nope $12!
The showers , water gets everywhere due to cheap shower curtain. Room was nice and clean no issues there.

We flew cross country to Scottsdale and there was a problem with our Airbnb. Great Wolf Lodge was able to accommodate us with great room and a reasonable price. Our family had so much fun. We went to the water park, rock wall, arcade, and magic wand quest. It is an amazing hotel with friendly staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Great Wolf Lodge with my family! I read reviews that we're negative but wanted to try it out for myself. It was amazing the staff was wonderful always willing to help to even hook up an Xbox. Definitely love the stay and we'll be back again! Water park was super clean food was great! The Lodge was super clean. The room everything. Everything was very simple from the activities to the water park I enjoyed every bit of my stay!

We LOVE going to the great wolf lodge! We try to go about twice a yr or more. They are finished setting up for their winter wonderland so now is the time to go! They have "snow" at the nightly dance parties, little igloos you can rent out for cocoa with the Family, and a good hot breakfast buffet in the morning for a great price!

I am going to give this a five-star review because the facility was Immaculate the service was great the rooms were more than sufficient with comfortable mattresses, the pillows were a little questionable they were just weird but the beds were so comfortable. The water park is very fun for the family to attend and just be prepared to spend a lot of money if you plan on eating here. Pro tip if you plan on staying two days or more definitely ask at the front desk how much it would be to add on the second or third day as we only went in wanting one day but when the room was only $70 for the following day we stayed another two.
