Mi è bastato questo ....|Ho prenotato questa struttura tramite Amex viaggi. Sul voucher è scritto “Pasti inclusi: colazione all’americana”. Ebbene il primo giorno mi fanno pagare il pasto perché a loro non risulta. Mostro il voucher e mi contestano che è scritto in Italiano e non capiscono. Glielo traduco con Google. “Ok we will double check”. Rientro la sera e chiedo. Confermano che la colazione non c’è. Telefono a mio carico ad Amex che, messa in contatto con il manager dell’hotel ribadisce che la colazione è compresa. Il mattino dopo mi trovo una busta sotto la porta con DUE buoni colazione. Torno dal manager a specificare che, come da voucher, siamo in QUATTRO .Mi risponde che “concedono” la colazione solo per due. Mi altero e comunico che d’accordo con Amex pagherò le colazioni che Amex poi stornerà addebitandone all’hotel. Rientriamo il pomeriggio alle 19 e la stanza non è stata rassettata (vendetta?)||Concludo citando la inquietante macchia rossa sulla moquette della stanza 441 e la muffa nel bagno come da foto ||INDEGNI. MALEDUCATI. INCAPACI

Struttura di lusso trovata con un'offerta pazzesca. Bellissima la hall, allo stesso livello anche la stanza. Unica nota stonata è la mancanza di Wi-Fi gratuito. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ma è economico e coperto.

Hotel di livello molto alto, ottimo ristorante, camere deliziose, piscina accogliente, personale davvero gentile!!!! Si può parcheggiare nel garage come self parking e pagare una sciocchezza, tipo 9 dollari la notte.

Ottimo hotel molto esagerato il prezzo senza colazione e soprattutto senza parcheggio

I had a room with two queen size beds. The room was large, clean, contemporary, and with a large bathroom. The lobby is spacious with many sitting areas. I loved the large library with its many comfortable chairs and work tables. The hotel is across from the beautiful Pasadena city hall and close to many restaurants and shops. It’s in a safe and clean neighborhood. The food at the restaurant was good and had a comfortable outdoor dining area.

The hotel restaurant is in desperate need of organization and run in an efficient manner and even a menu upgrade. The staff could not seat people, clean tables or take orders in an efficient manner. They had plenty of staff but were disorganized. The manager came in once and took some food and left. He could see there were at least ten people waiting to be seated and tables to be cleaned but did nothing. The staff were nice but in efficient. We went to the restaurant for Thanksgiving for $94.00 a plate and the ham and salad and dessert was terrible. Salad had soft over ripe tomatoes and the lettuce was wilted and soft. We had to return utensils and plates that were dirty. The chairs were filthy and lumpy. A very poor representation of a restaurant in a Westin.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and for once so are the pillows!!! The valet staff were always so friendly!!! We decided to stay in Pasadena as it was central to other areas we wanted to visit. Price was so good and its location was perfect for us! This area is quiet and safe! And since we stayed here we discovered Glendale which was only 15 min away and such a fun place to visit! Lots of shopping there and fun place to be at night! We went there a few times!

My husband and I stayed at the Westin Pasadena for two nights to museum hop, tour the Gamble house and celebrate my husband’s birthday. The hotel was beautiful, clean & comfortable. The service was impeccable, the employees were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. We especially loved breakfast both mornings in the hotel restaurant. In and out parking was easy and convenient. Our hotel room was very comfortable, especially the bed. We will stay again in the future for sure. We want to see Decanso Gardens and the Huntington Library, Museum & Gardens next time. The Westin Pasadena hotel is so close to everything that we wanted to see and do. Thank you for the perfect stay!
