Five stars would indicate that everything is absolutely perfect which is not the case, but overall I'm happy with my new apartment having moved in December 13, 2024. First of all my leasing agent Alexandra Hisarliyan was great! She gave a great tour, was very engaging and was very prompt in response to emails and text etc. As far as the apartment goes, little detail stuff was overlooked by the maintenance and cleaning staff. Examples are cleaning behind the range and high dusting was not completed prior to move in. Also paint splatter on the floor that again wasn't cleaned up prior to my move it. The apartment itself has good space for my needs and good closet space. However, additional storage shelving would be appreciated. The kitchen counter space is somewhat limited but I can make it work, and that living area is fine. The bathroom shower is my biggest complaint as its a stall type so you need a 78 inch shower curtain liner unless you want water all over the bathroom floor. Why the owner didn't put shower doors in I have no idea. The location is great, short walk to the MetroNorth Rail Station and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Also the parking garage is very convenient. 24/7 Concierge is also a big plus. No rental is perfect, but this one checks many boxes.

I lived at 1 Martine for a year, and I loved every second of it! Management was always very responsive when it came to questions about payments, apartment repairs, or anything else. The staff and the other tenants were always very friendly as well. The monthly events are also a great touch that help the space feel like home. Rob and Alex were great leasing agents, and they always made me feel heard. I am sad to leave but am so grateful to have been in such a warm place for my first year in NY!

We have had such a great experience with everything at 1 Martine. Alexandra and Erica have been such a pleasure to work with and are really on top of things here. Luis at the front desk always has a smile on his face and is a delight to see each day. The amenities are fantastic and they stay on top of keeping the place clean. Highly recommend.

Just renewed my lease at 1 Martine. I’ve been so happy living here. The building is clean, well maintained and the other tenants are very friendly. The amenities are really wonderful too. It’s great having an outdoor park in the middle of White Plains. Most important, Erica and Rob are very responsive to any issues that come up. Thanks for making living at 1 Martine so great!

I've been living at 1 Martine Avenue for a almost 2 1/2 years. It's really a wonderful building. Robert and Erica are both amazing. Whenever there is a little problem or something I am concerned about they get right on it. It's so wonderful to have 2 such dedicated people running this building. Hope the owners know how amazing they are. I've lived in lots of apartment buildings and this is one of the best run. It's clean, the tenants are nice, most are friendly, lots of amenities, just a good place to live and in a great area !!!

Management is extremely friendly and attentive . Robert and Alexandra go the extra mile and are very timely in responding to any questions or inquiries . Maintenance staff are diligent and friendly. The lobby always looks spotless . Cleanliness is a top priority .
